Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience who is licensed in both Virginia and North Carolina. I'm so inspired by my clients and love helping them walk their path in life, making empowered choices and addressing the things they want to change. I work with a lot of people who have experienced trauma and want to move forward in healthy way.
I take a client-centered approach to help people identify their biggest stressor and then work with them to find a way to address and alleviate that stressor.
