I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space that allows for us to explore the reasons you are feeling stuck as well as uncovering your inner resilience. I draw from different treatment modalities that are rooted in both somatic and cognitive approaches. I am trained in IFS, EMDR, Clinical Hypnotherapy, CBT, and DBT. I have been practicing for 20 years with individuals & families.
I have extensive experience treating trauma, survivors of sexual abuse, pregnancy loss & infertility, anxiety, depression, and complex family dynamics. I have been licensed and have practiced in Washington DC, Maryland, New Jersey and Oregon. Currently, I practice only in Oregon. I look forward to starting this journey with you!
