Have you not met your year’s health and weight loss goals yet? Those who are struggling with weight loss or meeting other goals of health may get discouraged and wonder what mental, emotional and spiritual blocks are in place holding you back. This may be a safe group for you to share, process and minimize your barriers along with receive support and accountability with your action plans. We will discuss ways to see yourself and your difficulties in a new light and reconciliation. This group open to any adult 18 and older.
