I have been in practice for 15+ years. I draw on my clinical experience to help clients learn skills to enhance their quality of life, break old patterns, learn effective limit setting, and accept themselves in order to move past unprocessed shame to live in the present moment. I am effective at getting to the heart of the issue with my clients and using evidence-based practices to provide structured, concrete skill building, as well as to create a validating environment. I would describe my therapeutic style as compassionate, understanding and efficient.
