As a therapist, I specialize in working with trauma, complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety, mood challenges, and self-esteem. Based on your needs, I utilize/offer EMDR, parts work, somatic approaches, mindfulness practices, narrative therapy, art therapy practices, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, creative play and game therapy approaches, and more.

Whether you are seeking support for trauma or something else, I utilize evidence-based therapeutic practices that are trauma-informed, strength-based, social justice/multiculturally informed, neurobiologically informed, and tailored to your unique goals.
