As an adult, sometimes it's easier to talk to a stranger than a friend. For children, they often need a trusted adult to confide in. I pride myself in being able to support individuals of all ages with their mental health, behavioral issues, life transitions, and school challenges. Seeking help is an important first step to a better life and does not have to be a frightening or shameful process. Taking an evidence-based, client-centered approach I aim to help you, or your child, reach your goals and assist with your personal growth. I am currently offering in-person/virtual services most weeknights.
