Welcome to my profile page! If this is your first time, welcome to therapy. It's a lot more natural than you might think, but if counseling feels difficult, you could be very close to a solution. The important thing is that you have taken the first step. I have counseled adolescents and young adults, as well as women and men of every other age. I offer everyone an opportunity to develop a therapeutic relationship based on trust and empathy, in order to discover the roots of any presenting problem. Together, we can work to ease the pressure, develop goals and take steps toward them.
Do you need a drug and alcohol evaluation? I am experienced with these and I'll make it as painless as is possible.
My practice is collaborative, meaning you and I work together to find the way through. Often when potential clients call, they are ready to try counseling, and nothing else has worked. One of the most effective strengths you can develop as a self-actualized person, is reaching out to the right person, at the right time, to guide you through.
