I am experienced working with trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, anger, life transitions, childhood abuse and domestic violence. I also prepare Immigration Psychological Evaluations.
I encourage clients to find the root cause of their problems. I am trained in EMDR, an excellent technique for trauma treatment or other issues difficult to treat through talk therapy only. In addition, my approach to therapy is cognitive/behavioral as well as holistic.
