I have a wide range of clinical experience working with individuals of varying age ranges. I have experience working with individuals with depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, PTSD, mood disorders, chronic pain, stress, grief, loss, and many more areas. I believe in a strengths based approach to sessions, while also being solution focused.
I feel that it is important to create a safe and welcoming surroundings where it feels comfortable to open up and share so that healing and growth is promoted. I also feel that it is important to create a working relationship that feels nurturing.
In my practice I believe that it is always important to build on an individual's strengths. I believe this fosters resilience, assists in processing trauma, helps find solutions, and helps promote positive mindsets.
