Gentle Steps Together (Adult Grief Support Group)
Are you navigating the emotional journey of grief after losing a parent, grandparent, or child? We invite you to join Gentle Steps Together support group, October 16th-February 19th. Our group is designed for adults, aged 18 and up who are seeking support during this challenging time. 7-10 adults max, every other week on Wednesdays. from 7-8:15 PM. 1-hour virtual sessions. 8-week program. $35 per session (With a 2-session free trial period). Gain positive coping skills, work through adjustment issues, promotes processing of emotions in a supportive space, encourages open and honest dialogue to connect and relate to others.

Brave Buddies (A Children's) Grief Support Group
Join our Brave Buddies Grief Support Group designed specifically for children ages 10-12 who are grieving the loss of a family member. Tuesday, October 15th-December 17th, after school from 4:30 PM-5:30 PM (Virtual). Every week for 10 sessions. 5-8 Children max. $25 per group session. Register by October 8. Call or email.
