My goal as a therapist is to help my clients increase their awareness of themselves and their relationships while providing skills to help them improve areas of their life.
I am an LGBTQ+-affirming therapist and I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds. My clinical experience includes, but is not limited to, working with issues of anxiety and OCD; relationship struggles; life transitions; pre-marital stress; divorce and discernment; infidelity and sexual dysfunction.
I believe that people are able to make positive and effective changes in their own lives. Sometimes in order to make these changes it is helpful to work through and process our past to gain a better understanding of ourselves.
