Hello! Taking the step to work on yourself, make changes, overcome obstacles, and enhance your life is a very big deal, and I recognize that. Through our lives, we have many experiences that shape who we are, and how we respond to situations. When you are ready to do the work to understand yourself better, I am here to help. I aim to make you feel safe when you are ready to open up and begin the process. I will work with you to address the issues in your life that are holding you back and assist you in moving forward to where you want to go.
I have worked with people from many different backgrounds achieve their goals, including areas of trauma, grief, chronic illness, relationship issues, family dynamics, substance abuse, depression, anxiety and parenting strategies. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma Informed Practice.
Life can be hard, and there are many past and current obstacles to overcome. As people, we have the ability to decide how we respond to situations, which can allow us to vastly alter our life outcomes.
