I am passionate about serving people from all walks of life, and as an Army veteran I have worked extensively with the military community. I focus on empowering and supporting people as they heal and recover from trauma, depression, anxiety and any other obstacles that stand in the way of enjoying a full and vibrant life. I look forward to the opportunity to walk with you along your journey toward health, wholeness and healing.
My main goal is to help each client feel safe and comfortable in a therapeutic environment so the healing process can be as natural and organic as possible. Whether we are unpacking trauma or discussing strategies to cope with other mental health concerns, the focus will always be on moving through challenging transitions together.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, so I strive to provide individualized treatment based on the unique history and needs of each person who walks through my door. I aim to empower clients to take ownership of their mental health goals, utilizing trauma-related modalities such as EMDR and CPT, as well other cognitive therapies.
