Our therapists are licensed in Ohio, West Virginia, Vermont, Virginia, Rhode Island, North Carolina, and Missouri. We are here to serve individuals in our states of licensure who come to us with a variety of issues! We serve individuals with mental health and substance use issues via telehealth. We are LGBTQIA+ affirmative and we support people in all types of relationships, including Poly/Kink, and ENM relationships. We utilize Cognitive Behavioral, Family Systems, and Strengths-Based Approaches. Whether you're suffering with anxiety, depression, substance use, other mood disorders or trauma- we have a therapist for you!
We offer individual therapy using Cognitive Behavioral, Cognitive Processing, Brainspotting, Dialectical Behavioral, and Emotionally Focused Individual therapy to treat anxiety, depression, ADHD/neurodivergent issues; and adjustment issues. We are also fortunate to have an LCASA (Substance Use) and a CTTP (Certified Trauma Professional) on staff!
About me: I am an ally to BLM, LGBTQ+, and Women's rights (including reproductive rights). I am non-religious. I enjoy travel, time with family, and enjoy the company of animals.
