Hi! I am a queer, ADHDer therapist licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. I am currently offering virtual sessions only. I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ folks, individually and within relationships, seeking to expand their sense of identity and worth.
My approach is intuitive and individualized, centering on presence and authenticity. I practice from an existential, social justice, and relational framework, using parts-work, storytelling, therapeutic relationship building, and somatic awareness to facilitate processing and growth. I bring my untamed, silly human self to my relationship with clients.
