I work with adults, adolescents, and families using evidence-based treatments that provide a safe non-judgmental therapeutic experience, and a focus on increasing access to the resources that help you enjoy your life.
Additionally, I keep in mind that people require different approaches, in consideration of their unique temperament and life experiences. In this process I will learn who you are and adapt to what you need. In the end you will gain the insight and skills to manage emotions, circumstance, and relationships in the way you deem appropriate.
