With over 30 years of dedicated experience in both clinical and non-clinical settings, I specialize in working with pre-teens and adults. I am committed to helping people navigate life challenges by developing the tools & strategies needed to cope and realize their potential. My practice philosophy is that individuals hold the key to their own healing. I have extensive experience helping people to manage and overcome anxiety, depression, and trauma so that they may live fuller lives. I create a safe and supportive environment to help people understand they are not alone as they embark on their journey towards awareness and healing.
As a Licensed Clinical Therapist (LCSW-C) my focus encompasses a wide range of areas, including trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, chronic medical conditions, life/career transitions, and relationship issues. In my practice, I utilize a range of approaches, drawing from Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, IFS and EMDR.
