Hello! I'm Eva, and I am a licensed counselor in Michigan. I love working with people who seek out therapy to help themselves and improve their overall wellbeing. I operate from the perspective that we all have some agency or power over ourselves, and I like working with clients who are open to identifying and understanding their own agency. My areas of focus include the following: attachment, relationships, anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, self-esteem, women's issues, and LGBTQ+ issues.
I am passionate about creating a safe and compassionate environment for clients to learn and grow. I use a combination of evidence-based therapy approaches and create a therapy plan specific to an individual’s needs. The therapeutic approaches I focus on are Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Existential Therapy, and Mindfulness.
