I work with adolescents, adults, and families to treat depression, anxiety, PTSD, poor self-esteem, family conflict, challenging behaviors, ADHD, self-harm, school issues, cognitive distortions, sexual abuse, domestic violence, and more. I have 10 years of experience as a therapist in high levels of psychiatric care for adolescents and their families. I have also discovered great joy and purpose in helping adults navigate common life stressors, parenthood, anxiety, depression, and countless other challenges we face in our day to day lives.
I graduated from Pacific University with a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology in 2011. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Collaborative Problem Solving, and use elements of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy as well.
