Trauma is an interesting part of life, you are not expecting it, and you barely understand it. Now you are forced to deal with it. Or even to deal with many other Mental Health issues. I have experienced enough trauma, Grief and Loss, sadness, and Depression to last a lifetime, from childhood issues to adult issues.
