I'm Gillian (GILL-lee-en) and I provide relational therapy to adults, couples, and adolescents. My experiences have led me to develop expertise in anxiety, depression, substance abuse, co-occurring disorders, mood disorders, adjustment disorders, individuals with chronic/terminal illness, professionals working in helping fields, work-place stressors, relationship stress, post-partum anxiety, parents of young children. I expanded my practice and additionally offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). KAP can be helpful for people who have depression or anxiety, are feeling “stuck”, and want to get out of a default way of thinking.

I tailor my approach to the unique needs of each person with an emphasis on self-determination, and collaboration. I rely on Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness practices, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Harm Reduction, Trauma Informed Practice, Behavioral Activation, and more. In addition to talk therapy, I offer Ketamine Assisted Therapy.

I strive to create an environment which can be both a soft-landing spot for you to decompress from life’s stress, and a safe place for you to grow and stretch towards your fullest potential. I am assertive enough to give you a gentle push when you are ready, and aware enough to give you space and time when you need it. I hope you reach out!
