I work with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, and trauma. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I’m passionate about assisting folks with identity development including exploring gender identity, attraction and relationship orientations, and examining beliefs and values to uncover your authentic self.
My therapeutic style focuses on amplifying strengths, while compassionately exploring current coping strategies to identify what may no longer be serving you. My approach is trauma-aware, informed by internal family systems and attachment theories with an emphasis on emotional expression, and is individually tailored to meet clients’ unique needs and goals.
