I am Greg Lyncha, a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) with a pending license who specializes in providing clinical assessments and therapeutic care to adults seeking help with depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use issues. I utilize collaborative, cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness-based approaches that integrate a range of clinical theories and techniques best suited to meet my clients' needs and promote therapeutic progress.

I completed both my Bachelor's degree in Health Science with a minor in Psychology and my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Lock Haven University. I am approved by the EMDR International Association in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR).

My practice centers around creating a safe environment to gain emotional resilience through self-awareness and understanding.
