Feeling disconnected from yourself? Feeling stuck? I am a trauma informed and holistic therapist aligning best with person-centered, psychoanalytic, and psychodynamic theories. I enjoy working with individuals searching for clarity and purpose within daily life. I believe that personal change becomes more possible when awareness of the self deepens.
I have experience working with teens, adults, and parents experiencing emotional distress as a result of anxiety, depression, poor boundaries, generational wounds, stagnancy, parenting struggles, perfectionism, difficulty managing anger, and trouble adjusting to other significant life changes such a grief/loss.
