I enjoy working with a wide variety of clients of various ages and from various cultures and backgrounds. I am particularly suited to help individuals cope with various physical, sensory, and learning challenges. My goal is to help my clients empower themselves and cope with many challenges including: anxiety disorders, mood disorders, various disabilities, trauma/PTSD, and LGBTQ+ challenges, to name a few. I work with a variety of concerns. Among these are anxiety, depression, disability, and trauma. I am EMDR trained and working on the certification process.
One area in which I do concentrate is work with individuals with disabilities. I have an MA degree in rehabilitation counseling and am uniquely qualified to work with clients facing the challenges that arise when a disability is acquired. I also enjoy helping people heal from traumatic experience and regain their power and voice in the aftermath of trauma.
