Hi there! It's so nice to e-meet you! Her Wellness clinicians have over 30 years of formal education, training and direct clinical experience combined. We specialize in treating identifying women struggling with complex-PTSD/PTSD, body dysmorphic disorder and body image issues, mood disorders, PMAD/women's issues and more. We're also LGBTQ+ friendly, and offer therapy for kiddos to older adults, relationship and group therapy. We provide a safe space, and utilize client centered, and integrative approaches to treat YOU...the whole-person, long-term.
We provide a corrective relationship, take a collaborative approach, and utilize evidence-based IFS, EMDR, CPT and more to treat your issues at the roots. Her Wellness providers have all been to therapy ourselves, and many of us have dealt with the same issues we specialize in, so no judgement from us. We really do get it, and we care about each client.
C-PTSD, PTSD, depression, anxiety etc. are normal responses to a sick world, trauma, abuse, neglect and more.
