I use an integrative approach combining; EMDR, Mindfulness, Compassion Focused (CFT) & Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) treatments for trauma, and wide scope of mental health challenges & stress. I also provide coaching for parents, guiding individuals plans and families towards successful outcomes
