It takes a lot of bravery and courage to reach out for support when you realize you need it. I am always honored to be a part of that journey for clients. I consider it a privilege to walk through difficult times with clients and experience breakthroughs. I have a passion for working with adolescents and adults who feel "stuck" in their circumstances, experiencing anxiety, depression, or other mental health concerns. I feel honored to work with women battling infertility, postpartum mood disorders, or managing the transitions of becoming a mom. I hope to help my clients achieve their personal goals and live authentically.
I have experience working with couples, adolescents, and adults. My therapeutic approach is psychodynamic. I am trained in using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, client-centered approach, and Motivational Interviewing in my therapeutic approach. I am trauma informed and always approach each session with a trauma informed approach.
I recognize the challenge it takes to reach out to a therapist. I know it can be so hard to take that first step and make the phone call or send the email.
