I identify as creative, innovative, and authentic. Along with providing direct care to clients, my experience has also been leading clinical teams in diverse community mental health settings. I have a Ph.D. in Psychology, am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor, and a National Certified Counselor. My specialties include trauma recovery for individuals and couples. I consider myself an innovative therapist. I utilize holistic psychotherapy approaches such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy.
While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work with you to understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
