My clients come from diverse backgrounds and are struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties and substance abuse. They are looking for a counselor who supports them in creating real change in their daily lives. They engage in counseling to understand themselves and appreciate their innate goodness and well being. They seek contentment and an experience of inner freedom
Trained as a family therapist I use several modalities to work with both individuals, couples, and families which include: Internal Family Systems Therapy, Compassionate Inquiry, and Somatic Experiencing. Grounded in a deep trust in life and an awareness of innate well being, clients begin to feel more peace, self compassion and a sense of wholeness.
I invite you into a space of warmth, caring, safety and trust, the essential ingredients for your healing. Let's embark together on a journey of self understanding and appreciation for ourselves and the gifts and challenges of this life. I look forward to meeting you.
