Hello, My name is Julia Murphy and I am the owner of Spill The Tea Counseling. I believe we all have feelings & thoughts that are waiting to be expressed. I provide a safe environment for you to express your thoughts & feelings. Supporting you in your thought process & challenge any negative patterns that come your way. Through the various techniques & tools practiced, you will be able to feel mentally, emotionally & physically balanced as you navigate through life's transitions.
The modalities I use are individual based which include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, person-centered, informational interviewing, and others.
