I'm so happy you're here! Therapy can be an incredible experience which offers time and space for you to uncover what is holding you back from having what you value and want more of in your life. I wholeheartedly believe that the combination of the strong relationship we build in therapy and my clinical skillset is the key to a successful therapeutic process. It is very important to me as a clinician to help you feel safe and secure sharing some of the most personal details of your life. Each person will find their own unique journey when engaging in therapy and I enjoy being part of your individual therapeutic experience.
I offer the combination of talk-therapy and the following modalities: ACT, CBT, and DBT. These modalities incorporate mindfulness, challenging unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, coping with difficult emotions, and committing to the actions that will bring you a full, meaningful life. I treat OCD only in those 18+ using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).
