I offer individual and relationship therapy focused on long term addiction recovery, behavioral addictions, healing trauma, and improving relationships. I focus on addressing underlying trauma and attachment injury through the use of somatic, emotionally focused, relational, and mindfulness based therapies based on presenting issues and desired outcomes.
