My approach is collaborative, down to earth, and focused on harnessing your strengths and resiliency.
I use a wide range of research-proven techniques, drawing from CBT, DBT, and Mindfulness Based interventions to help cultivate healing, self-discovery, and true self-acceptance. With my passion for client centered practices my goal is to offer a seamless customized therapy experience with a tailored treatment approach.
