Welcome to Three Hearts Therapy and Supervision Services. I provide supervision to LMSWs in MD and I provide individual therapy (English or Spanish). I have worked with children, adolescents and adults in a number of settings (schools, clinics, non profit agencies and teletherapy). Many of the clients I’ve seen, have worked through trauma, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief and loss as well as adjusting to other life transitions. My specialty is in adjustment disorders due to my passion in helping first and second generation Hispanic students navigate their college experiences/ life dilemmas due to engrained cultural norms.
I incorporate evidence-based treatments such as cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused CBT, Play therapy, mindfulness and more. I believe that each person requires a level of treatment that is tailored to their own experiences and learning style. I strive to make each session client centered and always incorporate a strength based approach.
