I specialize in wholistic trauma therapy for adults who want to understand and resolve the ways their past is affecting their current relationships, jobs, and life roles. On the surface, you might be holding it all together. And at the heart of it, you're stuck - not feeling like your true self. Anger, depression, anxiety, difficulty focusing, overwhelm, and/or drugs or alcohol abuse might be more a part of your life than you’d like. This is not how you imagined it. You want, you NEED, to find your way back again.
I offer trauma informed models including EMDR, CBT, Mindfulness, and somatic techniques. I specialize in supporting professionals, moms/perinatal/postpartum, and adults moving through all life transitions. Working with me is engaging, supportive, and creative. I strive to be genuine and authentic as I offer individualized evidence based support.
