One of my highest values as a therapist is to meet you where you are, and to work with you toward increasing emotional safety. I value a gentle, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive approach, and we will move at your pace. I specialize in working with highly sensitive people, codependency, childhood emotional neglect, trauma, anxiety, depression, shame, and challenging family relationships.
Influenced by my training in Gestalt therapy at the Gestalt Training Institute of Philadelphia, as well as my background as a yoga teacher and mindfulness practitioner, I incorporate a somatic and holistic focus into my therapeutic work. We will work together to build stabilization, increased safety, and shifts at the nervous system level.
