Teen Thrive Group for Anxiety and Stress- Virtual
Session #1 Dates: Sept. 21-Oct. 19. This is a six-week session virtual group that is recommended for teens ages 14-17. This is a closed group. The focus of this program will be on teaching participants how to manage their anxiety and stress through solution-focus therapy infused with art along with their peers.
