At Pine Ridge Therapy, we believe that genuine compassion for oneself is the foundation of an empowered life. I work with teens and adults who struggle with self-compassion, bravery, and authenticity. Most have a complicated past, neurodivergence, or anxiety that is holding them back. Together we can work through these obstacles so that you can learn skills to help you genuinely enjoy life, feel proud of yourself, and learn ways to bring your unique gifts more fully into this world.
What to Expect: We can meet in-person outdoors for nature therapy in the Frederick area, or we can meet virtually from the comfort of your Maryland home. I use a variety of evidence-based approaches, create a welcoming atmosphere, and role-model the kind of respect and compassion I hope for you to instill in yourself. Let’s talk to see if this is a good fit.
Apprehensive about therapy? I have successfully worked with many teens and adults who are new to therapy, have had bad experiences in the past, or struggle to open up.
