This group is for teen girls with anxiety and other mental health concerns, who would benefit from connecting with their peers and learning coping skills to better manage their symptoms. Teens meet for sessions once a week for a series of 6 weeks. We are offering two different, 6 week periods this summer (June 10th -July 22nd and July 15th -August 19th).

Equine-Assisted Parenting Teens Group
This group is for guardians who are currently raising teens, who want support from other parents and skills to better help their kids. It is focused on problem solving and using experiences with the horses to see and address things from a different point of view. Clients meet for sessions once a week for a series of 6 weeks.
