As a trauma focused therapist, I am honored to help each client discover what their healing process looks like by helping identify stressors, triggers and barriers. I am a Certified Trauma Resiliency Model Practitioner and have worked with children, youth, adults and families for 9 years. I am committed to helping individuals overcome trauma, anger, depression, anxiety, and addiction to alcohol, drugs and gambling. Therapy sessions focus on working towards an optimistic future.
