Very often, they need a listening ear and a guiding voice to make sense of their past and their present. I believe in creating a safe space for the client to explore and come to understand themselves more fully.
My model of therapy is person centered. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to seeking help takes courage. I am here to help you in that process.
