As a clinical psychologist, I specialize in helping clients work through anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, difficulty with communication, and stress management. My approach to therapy stems from a humanistic and psychodynamic orientation.
This means that I strive to create a compassionate space for clients and I enjoy helping clients come to increased awareness and understanding of their patterns and behaviors and how they may be impacting their lives in the present. With a greater understanding of themselves, I find that clients and I can work together to find lasting solutions to problems.
