I specialize in helping people who have survived trauma or difficult pasts to find peace and resolution in their lives today. I am skilled in treating traumatic birth and loss, childhood abuse, sexual abuse, and emotional abuse. I also treat individuals struggling with general mood dysregulation or who need help managing stress or difficult relationships.
I have training in EMDR which enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress resulting from past trauma. I also have experience in using CBT and person centered approaches. However, I strongly believe in using a very individualized approach in order to find what works best for you.
