I specialize in supporting individuals preparing for or experiencing challenges in postpartum, and through other life changes. You eagerly anticipated welcoming a new baby, or making a big change in your life, but it's not going quite how you had hoped. You're realizing you’re feeling drained, on edge, overwhelmed, you're wasting time on mindless distractions, and have lost sight of the parent you are or wanted to be. Or maybe you noticed your relationships with others started to become strained, angry, or distant. I can support you in figuring out what’s causing those feelings and how to get back to who you once were… only better!
Part of how I do this work is through providing insight and education around what’s normal (spoiler alert: what you’re experiencing IS normal!), and through humor, compassion, fostering self-exploration, offering feedback, and trying out new ideas together. I'm a big fan of journaling and homework, if you are open to it.
I've made big changes in my life, and I've had my fair share of bad days, weeks, months, and years! And I’ve supported countless individuals to figure out how to make shifts that help to get out of a rut and stay out of it. While I can’t see the future, I do know that through our work together you’ll feel more able to rise to live the life you created.
