Grief counseling is a courageous step in your journey toward healing. The death of a loved one is one of the most severe traumas we can encounter. Some of the methods used in grief counseling are faith-based, guided imagery, relaxation, sand tray, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
If you are in need of some support and guidance I can provide you with personalized compassionate counseling. Virtual sessions are also an option for those who have a busy schedule and like the convenience of having therapy from the home or office. I am licensed in the states of PA, CO, and MA.
