Life is stressful and challenging. Do you feel you weren't given the skills to manage these challenges? Therapy can provide support, build emotional awareness and teach strategies to manage these challenges in order to ultimately help you thrive. I have over 15 years of experience working with adolescents and adults struggling with eating disorders, body image, anxiety, depression, self esteem, interpersonal conflict/unhealthy relationships, and life transitions. As a mom myself, I have an interest in supporting women during their journey of motherhood, including infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, parenting and relationships.
Finding the right therapist is an important aspect of your healing journey. I have completed trainings through Postpartum Support International and I am currently completing a certification in ADHD. I find it rewarding to help my clients build the skills necessary to take care of themselves in order to show up for others.
I work individually with clients to find what is best for them; collaboration to establish goals and identify strategies to accomplish those goals.
