I'm here to remind you how beneficial it can be for you. I work with my clients to try and find balance in their lives. I aim to best help you reach your goals and meet you where you are.
My therapy style is warm and calm. I will respect my clients at all times and stay motivated to truly help others. I specialize in self esteem, stress management, life transitions, anxiety and career counseling. I use a variety of techniques and interventions with clients during sessions.
