You're tired of the struggle and feel defeated at times in your life. You want the pain and suffering to end so you can have a more satisfying life. The good news is that counseling can help you feel better, have more rewarding relationships and look forward to your future. If you are depressed, anxious, or grieving due to a death or a relationship loss, including the loss of a beloved pet, therapy may be able to help you heal and have more control over your life. Break the rut you're in and be free to enjoy your life. You are the expert to your own life and it would be a great honor and privilege to work together in helping you.
As a certified counselor in pet loss and bereavement I can assist you with grief and loss in connection to your pet, as this loss can be as great as losing any loved one. As an animal lover, I know what it is like to lose a pet that you've loved and adored. I am here to help you move toward the healing process and provide resources to help you.
Also, if you have a passion for video games, superheroes, comic books, anime, sci-fi, fandoms, music, and other cool, geeky, and nerdy awesome stuff then we can incorporate your interests in the therapeutic process too! I am a proud nerd and embrace geek culture. Geek Therapy may be able to help you feel understood and help reduce anxiety and depression.
