I support driven athletes looking to use their mental performance to elevate sports. I was a collegiate rugby and hockey player, high school soccer player, long-time Irish Dancer, and current Olympic Weightlifter. So I understand sport! I'm ready to support you if you are passionate about your sport, and want to grow. This may come as a result of not knowing how to navigate injury, experiencing a lack of playing time, an overall lack of confidence, or frustration at the repetitiveness of the process. You aren't someone who struggles with motivation, just someone who needs coaching as much on the brain game as the rest of the game.
I am not the "arms crossed in the perfect lighting" professional. I am goofy, authentic, and genuine, because I aim to support my athletes to be exactly this themselves.
I welcome questions, particularly for those who don't understand the separation of sports mental performance from traditional talk therapy. Not every mental skills coach is built the same, and my style might or might not be what works best. I'm happy to support you or refer you to the person that will best support you!
